What are my options to pay for an order?

When I am inquiring about my order what information do I need to include?

Include your name, address, and phone number. If you know your order number, please include that as well.

How Do I Track My Order?

From, select the “Track Order” link on top right of Home page.

Fill out all required fields:

  • Order Number: This will be the number that is generated every time you create an order.
  • Email Address: This will be the email address used to create account.

Select Track button to see the order details date wise.

You can also track your order after logging in to your account. You will see the option of recent orders there, which would lead you to orders history.

When do I receive an order confirmation?

When your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and when the order is shipped from our store, you will receive an e-mail to inform you of your order status. At the bottom of the email you will find the tracking number for your package.

How do I find my order history on-line?

Once you are registered on our site, you can follow the simple instructions below to access your order history.

Log in to your account. Click recent orders and you will see complete history of your orders.

Why does the status of my order say "In Process"?

After we receive your order, we will start packing it up and will contact courier for necessary documentation. During this phase, the order status will show “In Process”.

Why does the status of my order say "Completed"?

After we have packed your order, documents¬† related to courier have been received and it is ready to be picked up from our store, the order status will show “Completed”.
